Deep Stretch

Power Yoga
This class is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality, and freedom. To work with yourself, not against yourself. By working hard sensitively, we create an environment that’s healing and that honors each individual, an environment that respects our boundaries and works within. In this way, we create an atmosphere conducive to natural expansion and growth. This class is not about pushing past our edge to get to a place where we need to be in order to have happiness!
Slow Flow Deep Stretch
This class combines deep breathing, deep stretching and meditative slow movement to bring restorative energy, flexibility and serenity to your body and mind. Peaceful grounding techniques at the beginning and end of class will further balance body and mind, creating your own inner sanctuary. Along with weekly themes for contemplation, this class will have you living your best life on and off the mat.
Reiki Infused Deep Stretch
This class is all about stress release and relaxation. Using the healing powers of Reiki (healing energy to reduce stress and promote health and vitality) and a variety of relaxing deep stretches, yin postures and restorative poses, you will leave class feeling relaxed and renewed. Each class will incorporate breathing techniques to expand lung capacity and calm the nervous system. Peaceful grounding techniques at the beginning and end of class will help balance body and mind, creating your own inner sanctuary.
Vinyasa
In this class, you will experience a series of poses that transition smoothly from one to the next, creating a harmonious flow. This practice focuses on building strength, flexibility and balance with cultivating mindfulness through breath awareness. Join us to enhance your mind-body connection, relieve stress and promote overall well-being.
Yoga Fundamentals

When I began to explore yoga in 2007 my body fell in love with the physical practice and my mind was transformed through the calming effects. This transformation gave me the desire to teach yoga and I completed yoga teacher training in 2007. I started teaching hot yoga in the Cincinnati area and led a year round yoga program for high school football and baseball teams. My strong faith in God led me to Holy Yoga and I completed Christian Yoga Training in 2014 and I now teach many modalities of yoga including, Yin, Vinyasa, Paddleboard and Holy Yoga. Teaching yoga gives me the opportunity to share mindfulness, and the calming effects of yoga. When we are able to feel calm and connected to ourselves in the present moment, we have more capacity and potential to create meaningful change in our lives, in our work and ultimately the world around us. I encourage students to realize how wonderful and majestically their bodies were created, and for them to find comfort within themselves through the transformation of yoga. RYT 200 hour; HYI 95 hour; SUP Yoga 25 hour; Barre Yoga 30 hour; YIN 25 hour
Emilie Michael
My journey into the vast knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda began in 2008. After attending my first class, I had a deep feeling that yoga would become an integral part of my life. Quickly, I became hooked on how yoga made me feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. Early on, in my yogic journey, I knew that I wanted to share these ancient knowings with others. Having been an elementary education teacher, I already had a passion for teaching.
In April of 2010, I received my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification at Joyful Yoga, in Bonita Springs, Florida. In September 2018, I completed Rolf Gates’ 300 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training. From a gentle to an advanced vinyasa flow, I am skilled and experienced in teaching a wide range of classes. My intent is to provide a space where students feel love, acceptance, and joy.
Along with alignment of the physical body, my classes emphasize on the connecting of the breath with the physical movements and postures (asanas). By using humor, creative sequencing and smooth transitions in my classes, I aim to create a space where people feel comfortable. I believe that ultimately yoga should be fun because this is when we reap the benefits. Having experienced how deeply yoga affects both health and emotional challenges, I continue to draw from my own experiences to assist students in finding their most joyful selves. It is my belief that anyone can practice yoga.
Emily Boothe
Emily began her career in the classroom, tried a little coordinating in Engineering, and soon landed as the Assistant to the President & CEO; Corporate Projects Manager. In 2020 she decided to go full time teacher & Yogi. While it was one of the most rewarding and educational aspects of her career she has chosen to focus on clients and students on the mat and in the classroom.
Emily’s journey over the next year led to continued growth and development. As a former athlete as well, She had a strong desire to dig deeper in her personal yoga practice and Integral Theory. In doing so she fell in love with the balance and bliss within every aspect of Yoga. While Emily’s personal practice began with Vinyasa, she has deepened her knowledge and wisdom in Pranayama, Meditation, Mindfulness in Daily Life, Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Couples Yoga, Integral Yoga, Viniyoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Restorative, Corporate Yoga, Yoga in the Classroom, and Children’s Yoga. RYT500 Yoga Alliance Certified and also currently in the Yoga Therapy Program.

Kim is originally from Arlington, Virginia and moved to Mooresville, NC in 2014 with her husband Pat, 3 sons and a pack of labs. She was in search of her true passion in life and felt yoga was calling. She signed up for yoga teacher training and never looked back, it became her passion. She is now devoted to living her yoga on and off the mat, and she hopes to inspire her students to do the same. Her classes will infuse this through mindful meditations, breath focused flows, reiki infused adjustments and inspirational reflections. Her hope is that each student leaves class feeling inner strength, peace and excited to live their authentic life.
Lisa Neale
Yoga has this lovely way of opening our eyes, evolve in our self-awareness and invite love and gratitude into our lives. I decided to take the leap and teach after coming to this realization myself. My yoga practice began in high school, only understanding the aesthetic attributes. My life changed once I had my “Aha” moment about three years ago, when inner peace was hard to find. My goal as a teacher is to guide you into this self-love exploration, and maybe even bear witness to your “Aha” moment! Prior to teaching yoga, I coached and judged competitive cheerleading and gymnastics for about 10 years. The knowledge this has given me; along with my passion to teach drove me to earn my 200hr RYT certification, pursue my 500hr certification and make Yoga my full time career! Sending Love & Light
