Sacred Music Gathering featuring Jordan Loder and with Special Guest Jason Hart!!
Jordan's kirtan creates genuinely moving communal experiences centered on gratitude, forgiveness, and love. Laughter, deep heart-cleansing tears, and an organic sense of connection, to one another and to something greater, arise spontaneously. We go deep into the heart while keeping the space lighthearted and real, welcoming total beginners and lifelong practitioners alike. Together we'll chant Buddhist and Sanskrit mantras, offering prayers for those who have passed, those yet to come, our Mother Earth, our inner child, our ancestors, and each other. This call-and-response becomes a shared act of renewal: rising together through sound, forgiving what needs release, awakening hope, and embracing the possibility of new beginnings in unity and devotion.
Biography:Jordan Loder is an international kirtan artist whose devotional chanting flows from raw vulnerability and heartfelt presence. His concerts and retreats have graced stages worldwide, from festivals to yoga studios, fostering community through call-and-response chanting rooted in timeless bhakti traditions—expressed in a contemporary way that is all his own. Compassionate invocations gently open the heart. Rhythmic waves of call-and-response chanting uplift and unify. Tender moments of silence invite you to rest in your own essence, where separation dissolves and the ever-present Self is revealed. Jordan's approach is refreshing in its depth and sincerity: profound without pretense, free of spiritual titles or proclaimed powers, carried instead with quiet humility, gentle humor, and an effortless lightness of being. He draws from extensive immersion in the global kirtan community having toured with beloved artists like Snatam Kaur, Deva Premal & Miten, GuruGanesha, Simrit, Ajeet, The Landis Brothers, Hans Christian, Stephen Bross, Matt Pszonak, and Adam Bauer. Influenced deeply by Ramana Maharshi's teachings—first felt in youth and later deepened through pilgrimage and extended residence near Arunachala—Jordan weaves ancient Hindu and Buddhist mantras centered on forgiveness, gratitude, and compassion. www.JordanLoder.com
