Policies at Ahlara
Arrival
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated with an extension of scheduled service times and guest will be responsible for full service fee.
Cancellations
Advanced pre-payment for your treatment(s) will be required to secure your appointment time. A 24 hour cancellation is required for a full refund.
Gratuities
Your spa treatment fees do not include gratuities. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Custom gratuity for each service provider is 15 - 25%. Tiping envelopes are available at the front desk or you may add gratuity onto your credit card. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Medical Conditions or Pregnancy
General and medical intake forms will be emailed and/or texted to you prior to your appointment time.We ask that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking to your provider, as some services may be contraindicated. If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimesters (12 weeks).
Children and Teens Policy
Starting September 1st, 2024, minors (guests between the ages of 12 and 17) can receive massages, facials and waxing (not including bikini area) only with the written consent from a parent or guardian.
For guests ages 12 through 15, the parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room for all massages.
Individuals 17 or younger are not allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving a service.
