There’s been a lot coming at us lately.If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or mentally scattered… this is a space to pause.This 90-minute full breathwork journey is designed to help you release what’s been building and return to a more grounded, clear state, mentally and physically.Through intentional, guided breathing and music, we’ll work with the body and nervous system to move out of “fight or flight” and into a more regulated, supported state.This is a deeper, somatic experience—an opportunity to reconnect with your body, process what’s been held, and create space for something new. You don’t need to relive anything to receive the benefits of the practice.You’ll be guided throughout the entire journey and supported the whole time.The session includes guided breathwork and time to rest and integrate, allowing your system to fully settle.You may leave feeling:• calmer and more relaxed• clearer and less mentally overwhelmed• more present in your body• lighter, emotionally and physicallyNo experience needed—just come as you are.
