Workshop DescriptionOur bodies carry far more than we realize; stress, emotion, and the residue of daily life. This gentle, grounding workshop invites participants to slow down, reconnect with the body, and restore a sense of calm and coherence.Through accessible breathwork, guided body awareness, and the intentional use of stones and crystals, participants will be supported in releasing stored tension and settling the nervous system. Stones are used as tactile anchors to support presence, breath depth, and a felt sense of safety.This experience is designed to be both deeply calming and quietly empowering... ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected from their body, or simply wanting to feel more centered and at ease. No prior breathwork or meditation experience is required.Participants will leave feeling more grounded, regulated, and resourced, with a simple practice they can return to in daily life.
