On Fire - A Women's Journey to Awakening her Voice, Pleasure and Light with Esha
On Fire is a love project that Esha has created for women to step into life unapologetically.This workshop is meant to ignite and spark the light in women to remember their voice, their pleasure, and their mission as carriers of wisdom and life.In this workshop, participants will:1. Do automatic writing to connect with their wombs (physical and energetic )2. Engage in breathwork to deepen into the work3. Movement to open up inner portals to their hearts4. Voice activation to open the throat portal5. Receive light language to recode and anchor new pillars of light coming in.6. Connect and share with sisters in the group7. Create a mantra for her next stage of becoming.Please bring a journal and pen. A blanket, mat if you have a personal one, and a water bottle.Feel free to bring any sacred objects you’d like to have part of your experience.
